You can make a payment required for your policy at anytime via My Portal.
If this is relating to an outstanding balance on your policy, the 'Wallet' tab with in My Portal will update to reflect the amount due accordingly. You can make a secure payment directly through My Portal 24/7, by tapping on 'Pay Now' and entering your payment details.
If you are unable to clear the balance via My Portal, you are also able to give our friendly payments team a call on 0330 0419 317 during office hours. 📞
If you would like to make an alternative payment, such as for your renewal, you can do so by calling us or following the steps outlined below.
Tap 'Manage Policy'
To make a payment, open My Portal and select the relevant policy within the 'Policy' tab. From here, tap on 'Manage Policy'.
Tap 'Make a Payment'
From the options available, tap on 'Make a Payment' to launch a secure payment form.
Enter your payment details
Complete the secure form by entering your payment details and selecting the relevant drop-down options. Lastly, click 'Pay Now' to finalise the secure payment. ✅
