How to Add It 👉

  • Log in to My Portal ✏️

  • Select your policy

  • Tap on ‘Add-ons’

  • Choose ‘Excess Reimbursement Cover’

  • Complete payment 💳

How to Make a Claim 📄

  1. Pay your excess
    Ensure the excess on your motor claim has been paid.

  2. Call to claim
    📞 Dial 0344 856 2359 to start the process.

  3. Provide scheme code
    Quote this: 20245 when asked.
