Ensure that you have logged in with the email address you used to purchase your policy.
If you have updated your email since purchasing your policy you will need to login with the updated email address.
Different emails on multiple policies? π¨
If you have multiple policies with us, but have different email addresses attached to different policies, you will need to login with the corresponding email address.
Not insured with a supported insurer π₯
Double check and make sure you are insured with one of our supported insurers:
