โ— If your policies arenโ€™t showing, it could be due to one of these reasons:


๐Ÿ“ง Incorrect Email Address

You may have logged in with the wrong email.
โœ”๏ธ Use the email you used when you bought your policy.
๐Ÿ” If you changed your email since then, log in with the updated one.


๐Ÿ“จ Different Emails for Different Policies

You have more than one policy, but each one has a different email.
โžก๏ธ Log in with the matching email address for each policy.


๐Ÿ‘ฅ Not with a Supported Insurer

Only policies with supported insurers show in the portal.
โœ… Check that your policy is with:

  • WeCompare Direct

  • Insurance LineDirect

  • โŒ Other insurers may not appear in the portal
