Why Can’t I See My Policy Documents in the Portal? 📄

What to do if you've logged in and can't see one or any of your policy documents

If you’ve logged in to the My Portal ✏️ app but can’t see your policy documents, here are a few reasons why that might be:

🔍 Check your login email
Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when purchasing your policy.

✉️ Recently updated your email?
If you changed your email after buying the policy, you’ll need to log in using your updated email address.

📁 Have more than one policy?
If you have multiple policies tied to different email addresses, you must log in separately with each corresponding email.

📄 Looking for your No Claims Bonus?
If you had a policy with us and are now insured elsewhere, you may need to show proof of your NCB 🧾


👉 How to Request It

  1. Open My Portal ✏️

  2. Tap on your policy under the ‘Policy’ section

  3. Open the ‘My Documents’ tab ⬇️

  4. Tap on ‘No Claims Bonus Proof’ 📩

  5. That’s it! An agent will email your NCB proof shortly ✉️

🚫 Your policy hasn’t been validated yet?
You need to speak with our team to validate your policy.

📝 Once validated, your documents will appear in the portal – usually within 6 hours, but it may take up to 72 hours.
