  1. Log in to My Portal ✏️

  2. Select your policy

  3. Tap on ‘Add-ons’ (shown at the top of the card view)

  4. Choose ‘Tools Cover’ 🧰’

  5. Complete payment 💳

How to Make a Claim 📄

  1. 🕵️ Report to Police within 48 hours if stolen – get a crime reference number

  2. 📞 Call to claim within 28 days: 0344 856 2275

  3. 💳 Be ready to pay your excess

  4. 📄 Provide proof – e.g. purchase receipts or hire agreements
