If you've recently changed your reg plates, you can change your vehicle registration at any time, directly through My Portal ✏️

It is a legal requirement to ensure all details on your policy are correct and accurate, including your registration plates 👨‍⚖️



To update your reg, select the policy you would like to make the adjustment to, and then simply tap the ‘Manage Policy’ button located at the bottom of the page 📲



Next, select ‘Update Reg Plate’ from the options available and complete the form by entering the new regisration plate details 📝



You will normally receive an instant quotation for the change, which you can review prior to confirmation. In some rare cases, the app may not be able to return and price and you may need to call one of our friendly agents, a direct phone number will popup if so 📞

For changes made through the online portal, there will be a reduced admin fee of £40. 

Your premium may increase, decrease or stay the same depending the underwriters risk criteria based on the new details 🧮
