If you've recently changed vehicles, you can update this on your policy directly through My Portal โœ๏ธ

It is a legal requirement to ensure all details on your policy are correct and accurate, including your vehcile details ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš–๏ธ

Tap 'Manage Policy'

To change your vehicle, select the policy you would like to make the adjustment to, and then simply tap the โ€˜Manage Policyโ€™ button located at the bottom of the page ๐Ÿ“ฒ

Tap 'Change of Vehicle'

Next, select โ€˜Change of Vehicleโ€™ from the options available and complete the form by entering the details of your new vehicle ๐Ÿ“

Complete the Form

You will normally receive an instant quotation for the change, which you can review prior to confirmation. In some rare cases, the app may not be able to return and price and you may need to call one of our friendly agents, a direct phone number will popup if so ๐Ÿ“ž

How Much Will it Cost Me? ๐Ÿ”Ž

For changes made through the online portal, there will be a reduced admin fee of ยฃ40. โ€จโ€จYour premium may increase, decrease or stay the same depending the underwriters risk criteria based on the new details ๐Ÿงฎ

Additional Premium โฌ†

If your insurer has determined that your new vehicle is in a higher risk category than your previous vehicle, for reasons such as the value of your vehicle or the engine size, this will likely result in a premium increase. The difference in premium would be required to be paid in order to maintain cover ๐Ÿ™‚

Return Premium โฌ‡

If your insurer has determined that your new vehicle is in a lower risk category than your previous vehicle, for reasons such as the value of your vehicle or the engine size, this will likely result in a premium decrease. You would receive a refund for this difference or have your monthly instalments adjusted accordingly ๐Ÿฅณ

Stagnant Premium ๏น…

In many cases, your premium will remain the same and you would only be required to pay the admin fee ๐Ÿ˜Œ
