You can add motoring conviction at any time, directly through My Portal ✏️

It is a legal requirement to ensure all details on your policy are correct and accurate, including any motoring convictions 👨‍⚖️



To add a motoring conviction, select the policy you would like to make the adjustment to, and then simply tap the ‘Manage Policy’ button located at the bottom of the page 📲



Next, select ‘Add Conviction’ from the options available and complete the form by entering the details about the conviction 📝



You will normally receive an instant quotation for the change, which you can review prior to confirmation. In some rare cases, the app may not be able to return and price and you may need to call one of our friendly agents, a direct phone number will popup if so 📞

For changes made through the online portal, there will be a reduced admin fee of £40. 

Your premium may increase, decrease or stay the same depending the underwriters risk criteria based on the new details 🧮

Adding a motoring conviction to your policy is likely to increase your premium as your insurer may determine your policy to be higher risk. The difference in premium would be required to be paid in order to maintain cover 🙂

Should for any reason the premium decrease, you would receive a refund for this difference or have your monthly instalments adjusted accordingly 🥳

In many cases, your premium will remain the same and you would only be required to pay the admin fee 😌
