You can update your estimated annual mileage at any time, directly through My Portal ✏️

It is a legal requirement to ensure all details on your policy are correct and accurate, including your estimated annual mileage 👨‍⚖️



To add an updated estimate, select the policy you would like to make the adjustment to, and then simply tap the ‘Manage Policy’ button located at the bottom of the page 📲



Next, select ‘Update Annual Mileage’ from the options available and complete the form by entering the new mileage figure 📝



You will normally receive an instant quotation for the change, which you can review prior to confirmation. In some rare cases, the app may not be able to return and price and you may need to call one of our friendly agents, a direct phone number will popup if so 📞

For changes made through the online portal, there will be a reduced admin fee of £40. 

Your premium may increase, decrease or stay the same depending the underwriters risk criteria based on the new details 🧮

As a rule of thumb, increasing your annual mileage will likely offer a higher premium. The difference in premium would be required to be paid in order to maintain cover 🙂

Reducing your annual mileage may have an impact on your premium, which may cause it to decrease. You would receive a refund for this difference or have your monthly instalments adjusted accordingly 🥳

In many cases, your premium will remain the same and you would only be required to pay the admin fee 😌
