You are able to request this within My Portal anytime after your policy with us has come to an end. 🏁
Tap on 'My Documents'
To request proof of your No Claims Bonus, tap on the relevant policy under the ‘Policy’ section and toggle open the 'My Documents' tab.
Tap on 'No Claims Bonus Proof'
Next, select ‘No Claims Bonus Proof’ to complete this request. All done! An agent will be in touch via email with the requested proof of No Claims Bonus. ✅
