Once your policy has expired or been cancelled, you can request your No Claims Bonus (NCB) proof through My Portal ✏️
Log in to My Portal ✏️
Tap on your policy under the ‘Policy’ section
Go to the ‘My Documents’ tab ⬇️
Tap ‘No Claims Bonus Proof’ 📩
✅ An agent will send your NCB proof by email shortly after your request.
