If your physical card hasn't arrived in the post yet, don't worry, you can still spend in store and online using your digital card. And don't forget, you can scan your digital card at any checkout, in any B&Q to get your 10% off too!
After a few days you will receive an email with your card number and you'll also notice your digital TradePoint card will be appear at the top of your 'My Portal' app.

Or, if you're looking to spend in store, simply speak to the TradePoint team instore (make sure you have ID) and they will be able to provide you with a temporary card.
