No worries – here’s how to get a new one:

Please include the following details:

  • Your card or membership number

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Postcode

We'll contact TradePoint and get a replacement card sent out to you ASAP.

πŸ’‘ In the meantime, you can still use your digital card in the My Portal ✏️ app to access your benefits.
