TradePoint and B&Q will generally have received your details from us within 24 hours of you consenting. The physical card will be posted to you and should be with you about 3-4 weeks later.
Your digital card will typically be available within 72 hours, you can find this card by logging into our 'My Portal' app with the email you used to receive a quote.
We’ll also notify you of your membership number via email, once ready.
Sometimes there are delays outside of TradePoint’s control so if it has been over 6 weeks since you received your membership number and you still haven’t had the physical card, email us at TradePoint@bisl.co.uk and we’ll investigate for you.
