  • TradePoint and B&Q will generally have received your details from us within 24 hours of you consenting. The physical card will be posted to you and should be with you about 3-4 weeks later.

  • Your digital card will typically be available within 72 hours, you can find this card by logging into our 'My Portal' app with the email you used to receive a quote.

  • We’ll also notify you of your membership number via email, once ready.

Sometimes there are delays outside of TradePoint’s control so if it has been over 6 weeks since you received your membership number and you still haven’t had the physical card, email us at TradePoint@bisl.co.uk and we’ll investigate for you.
