If you are currently making monthly payments for your insurance policy through our finance partner, Close Brother Premium Finance (CBPF), you have the flexibility to modify your direct debit dates using My Portal. 📲
Kindly be aware that any modifications made within five business days before a scheduled payment will take effect starting from the subsequent calendar month.
Tap 'Manage Policy'
To change your direct debit date, simply open the My Portal app and tap on the relevant policy in the 'Policy' tab. From here, tap on 'Manage Policy'.
Tap 'Update Direct Debit Date'
From the list of options, tap on the 'Update Direct Debit Date' icon.
Select a new date
Tap on the calendar icon and choose a new date that best suits you from the options available. Once completed, you can view your new upcoming payment dates within the 'Wallet' tab. 📅
