Making changes to your policy is quick and easy with the My Portal ✏️
You can update your details anytime, anywhere — just follow the steps below:

☝️ Step 1 – Select your policy
Open the My Portal app and go to the ‘Policy’ tab. Select the policy you'd like to update.

☝️ Step 2 – Tap 'Manage Policy'
Scroll down and tap on the ‘Manage Policy’ button.

☝️ Step 3 – Select what you’d like to adjust
Choose what you’d like to change, such as your address, vehicle, driver, etc.

☝️ Step 4 – Complete the form
Fill in the required details in the form and check everything is correct.

☝️ Step 5 – Review the quote & pay

💷 What Will It Cost?

  • Admin fee: £45 only applies to physical changes to your policy (e.g. address, vehicle, driver).

We’ll show any price changes before you confirm. If your premium goes down, we’ll refund the difference or adjust your instalments accordingly 🎉
