Some policies include a replacement vehicle as part of your insurance cover. To check if you're eligible, review your policy wording in My Portal 
Most policies do not include a courtesy vehicle by default. Instead, it’s available as an optional add-on. If you’ve purchased this extra, you can follow the steps below to use it. 

How to Add ItLog in to My Portal 
Select your policy
Tap on ‘Add-ons’ (top of the card view)
Choose ‘Courtesy Vehicle Cover’
Complete payment 
How to Make a ClaimIf your vehicle is undriveable and you need a replacement:
Call within 14 days of the incident: 0344 856 2359
The hire team will arrange a suitable replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
