What Is Courtesy Vehicle Cover?
Courtesy Vehicle Cover provides you with a replacement car, van, or bike for up to 21 days if your vehicle is:
Stolen or damaged by fire 
Vandalised 
Involved in an accident (including when you’re at fault) 
The replacement will match your original vehicle’s type, but won’t exceed 1400cc (cars) or 3.5T (commercial vehicles).

Breakdown cover is an add-on that can be purchased alongside your insurance.
To check if you already have it:
Open the My Portal 
app
Tap the ‘Add-ons’ tab
How to Add It 
Log in to My Portal
Select your policy
Tap on ‘Add-ons’ (top of the card view)
Choose ‘Courtesy Vehicle Cover’
Complete payment 
How to Make a Claim 
If your vehicle is undriveable and you need a replacement:
Call within 14 days of the incident: 0344 856 2359
The hire team will arrange a suitable replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
