To check if you already have it:
📱 Open the My Portal ✏ app
🧩 Tap the ‘Add-ons’ tab

Add Cover to My Policy 💳

1. Log in to My Portal ✏

2. Select your policy

3. Tap on ‘Add-ons’ (shown at the top of the card view)

4. Choose ‘Tools Cover’ 🧰’

5. Complete payment 💳

Types of Breakdown Cover 💨
Here’s what’s available:

• Roadside Assistance & Recovery
  Covers breakdowns more than 1 mile from your home. Recovery up to 20 miles.

• Home Start & National Recovery
  Covers at your home address and recovery to any UK destination.

• UK & EU Recovery
  Adds European territory cover to the National package..

How to Make a Claim 📄
If you've broken down:

1. ✅ Make sure you're safe – move to a safe spot, switch off engine, hazard lights on

2. 📝 Take down details – your contact number, reg number & location
