Open My Portal
Tap on your policy under the ‘Policy’ section
Open the ‘My Documents’ tab 
Tap on ‘Policy Documents’
Select the file titled ‘Policy Documents’ – it includes your Certificate of Insurance 
Your certificate is also emailed to you at the start of your policy term
