If you are currently making monthly payments for your insurance policy through our finance partner, Close Brother Premium Finance (CBPF), you can update the bank details for your direct debit through My Portal. 📲
Kindly be aware that any changes made within five business days before a scheduled payment will take effect starting from the subsequent calendar month.
Tap 'Manage Policy'
To change your bank details, simply open the My Portal app and tap on the relevant policy in the 'Policy' tab. From here, tap on 'Manage Policy'.
Tap 'Update Bank Details'
From the list of options, tap on the 'Update Details' icon.
Enter new bank account details
Complete the form by entering in your new bank details and click 'Save' to finalise this change. Great work! Your bank account details have been successfully updated. ✅
