Sending in requested documents is a piece of cake! 🍰 Through My Portal, we’ll give you a heads-up if your insurer needs extra docs to validate your policy. 📬

You'll spot a notification on your policy that says ‘provide further information’. Give it a tap! You'll see what needs to be sent over. 📜

Now, just fill in the blanks with the info requested ✏️

Need to upload a file? You can either pick a file from your device or use our snazzy scanner to digitize a paper document. 🖨️📲

Once you've sent everything, you’ll see a green tick ✅ next to each section, which means “mission accomplished”! But hang tight - we need up to 48 hours to review your stuff. ⏳

If there's a hiccup and your submission isn't approved, we’ll let you know with a notification and email. The green tick will turn into a red cross ❌, and you’ll need to send in the docs again.
