If you’ve been asked to upload documents and are experiencing issues with the standard upload link, you can also access your document upload page directly using your reference number.
How to Access Your Upload Page
Go to www.myportal.co.uk/your-reference-number
(e.g. myportal.co.uk/v123456-1)
You’ll be redirected and logged in automatically based on your reference number. From there, you can securely upload your documents 
Your reference number can be found in your policy documents or in the My Portal 
under the Policy tab.
Important:
Please try uploading your documents this way before contacting support. It’s the fastest and most secure method.
If this method still doesn’t work, you can send your documents through the chat function on our website — but only if the upload via reference number is not successful.
