You can view your upcoming or scheduled payments anytime via the ‘Wallet’ tab in My Portal 📲
👉 Open ‘Wallet’
Tap the ‘Wallet’ icon on the bottom toolbar in the app. 💳
👉 Tap ‘Upcoming’
This will show your scheduled Direct Debits, including amount and payment date. 🧾
Payment Icons Explained
🕒 Grey clock – upcoming payment
✅ Green tick – payment successful
❗ Red exclamation – payment failed
All upcoming and historic payments for your policies are grouped in the ‘Wallet’ tab.
