If you purchased your policy before 17 November 2025, your premium finance is with Close Brothers Premium Finance.
You can call Close Brothers Premium Finance 0333 321 8566.
If you purchased your policy on or after 17 November 2025, your premium finance is with PremFina. You can call them on 0330 165 9367.
Their team will assist you with updating your payment date securely.
Please note:
We are unable to make changes to your Direct Debit schedule, as this is managed directly by Close Brothers Premium Finance.
