How to Request It
Open My Portal 
Tap on your policy under the ‘Policy’ section
Open the ‘My Documents’ tab 
Tap on ‘No Claims Bonus Proof’ 
That’s it! An agent will email your NCB proof shortly 
How to Make a Claim 
If your vehicle is undriveable and you need a replacement:
Call within 14 days of the incident: 0344 856 2359
The hire team will arrange a suitable replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
