If you’ve logged in to the My Portal
app but can’t see your policy documents, here are a few reasons why that might be:
Check your login email
Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when purchasing your policy.
Recently updated your email?
If you changed your email after buying the policy, you’ll need to log in using your updated email address.
Have more than one policy?
If you have multiple policies tied to different email addresses, you must log in separately with each corresponding email.
Looking for your No Claims Bonus?
If you had a policy with us and are now insured elsewhere, you may need to show proof of your NCB 
How to Request It
Open My Portal 
Tap on your policy under the ‘Policy’ section
Open the ‘My Documents’ tab 
Tap on ‘No Claims Bonus Proof’ 
That’s it! An agent will email your NCB proof shortly 
Your policy hasn’t been validated yet?
You need to speak with our team to validate your policy.

Once validated, your documents will appear in the portal – usually within 6 hours, but it may take up to 72 hours.
