Unfortunately, we’re unable to send your proof of no claims bonus while your policy is still active. That’s because a no claims bonus can only be used on one policy at a time.
If you’re trying to mirror your no claims on another policy, your new insurer can contact us directly to verify the number of years you’ve built up.
How to Request It (Once Your Policy Has Ended)
Once your policy has expired or been cancelled, you can request your No Claims Bonus (NCB) proof through My Portal 
Log in to My Portal 
Tap on your policy under the ‘Policy’ section
Go to the ‘My Documents’ tab 
Tap ‘No Claims Bonus Proof’ 
An agent will send your NCB proof by email shortly after your request.
